AST-1019-P % oxygen analyzer can measure oxygen concentration in inert gas as well as in gaseous hydrocarbon streams. Field selectable any range from 0-1% to 0-25% with 0.01% resolution. Analog signal output, 4-20 mA and 0-1 VDC full scale is locked on the selected measuring range. The lowest range of AST-1019-P % oxygen analyzer is 0-1% with very high display resolution of up to 3 digits after the decimal point.
AST-1019-P % oxygen analyzer provides two user selectable oxygen alarms with latching or non-latching features, user selectable digital filter for optimum signal to noise ratio and a fast system response time.
Expected sensor life of the standard AST-222 % O2 sensor used in AST-1019-P analyzer and provided with the analyzer is 60 months in air under ambient temperature and pressure. Standard sensor is suitable for measuring oxygen in inert gases and gaseous hydrocarbon gas streams. For gas streams containing any level of CO2 gas, sensor model AST-222-Z is recommended. AST-222-Z oxygen sensor has 30 months life in air.
